Welcome!

Hi there!

I’m so glad you’re here.

I decided to share the journey I’m on—the one leading me to a more intentional, mindful life—because I believe the practical, deeply rooted self-help tools I grew up with shouldn’t be kept a secret. These are the tools that Orthodox Judaism taught me, tools that have transformed my daily routines and my outlook on life, and I feel selfish keeping them to myself.

For much of my life, I practiced Orthodox Judaism, but a few years ago, I took a step back. I moved to New York City to study math, physics, and computer science. When I graduated, I moved to Miami for a new job, the beach, and maybe a bit of a personal reset. But even as I settled into a beautiful apartment and a fulfilling career, I found myself feeling like I was “trapped in a pit, with no way out.” Except I did find a way out. And that’s the story I want to share with you.

This story starts five years ago, when I freed myself from what I thought was the weight of Judaism, only to discover, over time, that what once felt like a burden also held the tools for lifting myself up. The traditions and values that I once saw as restrictive had quietly equipped me with wings—wings that helped me rise above and find new meaning in everything I already had.

Now, I’m excited to share that story with you, along with the tools I rediscovered along the way. My hope is that by sharing these practices, you, too, can find your own version of a beautiful, intentional life—whatever that looks like for you.

I can’t wait to begin this journey together.
